Carson has been at Precision Boats since 2014. He started his career here during his early years of high school. After graduating from Hillcrest High School in 2019 he joined the team full time. He started out helping in the lot and detailing boats. He now spends time behind the parts and service counters. Carson is an avid water sportsman, ask him about a new surf board, wake board, or foil.
During his free time he likes to ride road & dirt bikes, surfing, and riding snowmobiles.Carson has shown his passion for powesports and his commitment to the industry.

Dean joined our team in 2023 and we are lucky to have him. Dean grew up in Arizona and moved to Idaho when he was a teenager. In his free time Dean loves speding time on the lake, fishing, watersports, riding dirt bikes, road bikes, and spends his time in the mountains snowmobiling in the winter.

Toby started with us at Precision Boats part-time while attending Automotive Mechanical school in 2015. He graduated in 2017 with a degree as an automotive technician and we are happy to bring his knowledge full time into the boating industry. Toby spends his free time tinkering with his hot rod cars and trucks, riding motorcycles, snowmobiles, and drag racing. We look forward to a bright future with Toby taking care of all our great customers.

Tristan has years of automotive mechanical experience under his belt, and is marine factory trained and certified for many of our manufactures. Born and raised in Idaho, Tristan loves fishing and hunting when he's not working.
